A little more
I have an MSc in Coaching Psychology, and BSc in Counseling Psychology, both accredited by the British
Psychological Society (BPS) and I am fully insured and DBS-checked.
Beyond the qualifications and titles, what truly shapes the way I work is who I am.
I’m a late-diagnosed AuDHD adult, living with Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, and Coeliac Disease. I’m also a
lone
parent, and someone who has walked a long, winding road with my mental health.
Journey
From a young age, I struggled with anxiety, depression, and the feeling that I just didn’t “fit in.” After
having my daughter, I experienced a deep period of postnatal depression that truly tested me, but it also
sparked something. It became the catalyst for deep healing, growth, and the journey that brought me here.
Since then, I’ve been doing the work, not just academically, but personally. I’ve faced myself, challenged
long-held beliefs, stepped outside of comfort zones, embraced vulnerability, and taken radical
responsibility
for my own healing.
This path hasn’t been linear. There has been darkness. There has been doubt. I have felt the cracks in the
mental health system by sitting in counselling rooms that never quite reached the core of what I needed. And
yet, I kept going.
Approach
I take an evidence-based collaborative approach, which is client-led, tailored to each client based on
their
unique experiences and desired outcomes.
