I specialize on working within a range of coaching topics connected to mental and physical health and wellbeing, resilience, empowerment, self-esteem, and life-coaching. Coaching is inherently goal-directed, so I help you set your sights on targets and help develop strategies to get there.

How

I draw on the humanistic modalities I have studied throughout my education such as cognitive behavioral coaching, acceptance and commitment coaching, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing – rooted in client centered practice.

Method

I am an evidence based practitioner, which means any tools or techniques I choose to use within sessions have been developed and validated throughout the field of coaching psychology research.

Where?

Most of my work is conducted 1-1, and I offer in person or online coaching. I meet clients in spaces that suit them, which could be in a coffee shop or even outdoor coaching in the form of wellbeing walks. Group coaching sessions can also be discussed to meet various needs, such as workplace coaching provided in the charity sector.
