I don't know who needs to hear this but it's not too late. You can change your whole life, you can take back control of your own fate. It's not too late to start all over again, you're not too old to chase your dream career instead of a job that's a means to an end. It's never too late to prioritise not just your health but your entire self. Don't stay in situations, relationships or places that make you question how worthy you are. Your life is too short and far too beautiful, to live it as though are anything but the main star.
The passion for stretching yourself and sticking to it, even (or especially) when it's not going well, is the hallmark of the growth mindset.
